Are you taking new patients?

Dr. Morgan is currently working part time and not accepting new patients.

Any patient who has not had an appointment in over 12 months is considered a new patient and will be referred to a different provider.

What insurance do you accept?

The only insurance Dr. Morgan accepts is Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. It is up to the patient to verify whether their specific plan has mental health coverage prior to scheduling an appointment. If not covered or if denied by insurance retroactively, standard out of network fees will apply.

What are your fees?

Initial Evaluation (up to 90 minutes): $425

Medication management (up to 30 minutes): $185

Medication management +/- psychotherapy (over 30 minutes but up to 60 minutes): $225

Psychotherapy, individual or couples (up to 60 minutes): $225

Our payment terms require invoices to be settled within 60 days from the date they are issued. Should an invoice remain unpaid for 30 days beyond the due date, totaling 90 days from the issuance, we will unfortunately need to suspend all services including prescription refills until payment is received. If the amount remains past due, the patient is going to be considered terminated from the practice but may be accepted back to the practice upon clinician discretion. At that time, the next appointment will be billed as an initial evaluation per above fee schedule.

Dr. Morgan generally does not testify in court. if it is essentially necessary for her to testify due to a subpoena by the courts, the following fee structure applies:

-The minimum charge for a court appearance is $1500, and a retainer of $1500 is due in advance.

-The cost for preparation time, including gathering and submission of records is $200/hr, which is billed in 15 minute increments.

-Phone calls (with legal team, court, and any communication pertaining to the case) $200/hr (billable in 15 minute increments)

-Depositions: $375/hour

-Testimony: $375/hour

-Travel: $0.50 per mile and the patient is responsible for payment of all associated travel expenses (TollTag, etc) and lodging

Submission of documentation for FMLA or short term disability is $50 per document filled out.
